Novice Posted July 3, 2008 Report Posted July 3, 2008 Possibly outdated now but the Alf Baker book was very interesting and the fancier was little short of a pigeon racing genius.

Guest spin cycle Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 anybody rec. a book on natural? also is 'how to win with hens' any good?
mark Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 feed to win volume one. one of the best books on feeding pigeons.
Simeon Turner Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 For me it would be 'fit to win' by Wim Peters and the 'flying vet' by Colin Walker. The Janssen story is also fantastic - for reference etc
Pompey Mick Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 anybody rec. a book on natural? also is 'how to win with hens' any good? As previously mentioned, Alf Baker's WINNING NATURALLY is an excellent book for Natural flyers, with a lot of info on how he motivated his birds.
