there is usually a waiting list for allotments , but you could advertise ur predicament in the local press ,ud might be surprised at the offers.

yup place an add in paper and ask for land to rent , im sure you'l be supprised at the offers , alternatively ask your local council where are there local alotments and if any available usualy they have an alotment manager on hope you get sorted  :)

thats a lot of bad luck...i hope you can bounce back. local councils have a legal obligation to provide allotments but whether some bar  keeping animals/birds not sure. how about advertising locally....someone elderly with large garden might be glad of help/ company...or ask at club of fancier who's packed up last couple years...might be open to 'arrangement'...best of luck :)

Our local authority - is available on line - and you can see on-line which allotments are available - this includes some for keeping pigoens - and applications can be made on-line

why don't you look to see if your local authority has this on-line facility

I had my birds in my garden but soled my house was lucky enough that I got my brother involved in pigeons a few years ago now I have my lofts at his allotment in between him and a good friend of mine JAMESB on here. maybe do the same mate and squeeze a loft in beside some club mates am sure they will make space for you.

Good luck whatever you do mate
