There appears to be a lot of Tensions around at the moment both on the Site and in life (I got honked at and rude gestured from a Guy in a car behind me today for letting someone out at a difficult roadend, even though we had to stop at the lights about 250yds ahead!)

I'd just like to hope that things settle down for folk and we can all try to be a little more tolerant of others.

I'm not saying we all have to agree with or indeed like each other, (oh for a perfect World) but when we feel we are having a rough time just take a step back and think of all those who are in far worse situations than ourselves.

 

I'd just like to Wish a Merry and hopefully Peaceful Christmas to all my Fellow Posters!

i think we just need to respect other pll opinions simple as and aint the site about opinions and learning a bit about our sport if we could have one thing on here im going to try make it my resolution is to be more open minded on what other pll opinions are in general members are good and the site is great i think what has to stop is total disrespect of other ppl opinions as ppl coming on and saying your post is crap or this sort of thing remember there are better methods to get your point across

very well said 67 ghirl,, sometimes we have to put life in to perpective,, i wish all pb  members  a very  merry  christmas, and a healthy happy new year

 

i would very much ask for thoughts to be with my cousin sheena at this time, i attend the funeral to-day  of her newly born twin girls which both died shortly after their birth last mon. morn , sheena is 36 and has no family , the family are devastated , things like this really put life in to perspective , and sometimes make our petty quarrels mean very little .

 

but life must go on , and we all must accept the ups and downs of life, sometimes ,very difficult , but we must carry on  , all we can do is wish sheena,  and indeed all , a much brighter future , and sincerely better 2009

People are never happy. I,m a gas engineer who was on call at the weekend. I got called out to a house 1 hour from me as they never had any heating or hot water. This was at 12am Sunday morning, when i got there i stopped the leak reported the parts to be ordered and they will be fitted tomorrow. Because they never got fitted today, the tenant reported me to the fife council, saying i was shouting swearing and throwing things around the house. There is no hope for some people, but hey everyone have a great festive time, alex.
