gareth i would not expect any pigeon fancier of the lanarkshire fed not support the ypres yes it is a duplication race to your advantage again,  it is also a national  race  all i ask is support  the one the lanarkshire is going to, is that plain enough forget the other one that has nothing to do with  the lanarkshire, and as its  only you who put your head above the parapet, but there others who say more than there prayers on here. when it comes to supporting the fed, as it is a duplication  i dont see why it cant be supported 100% not unless you think we are blind, to whats going on here, if you support the fed well do it  full stop all your birds with us, then you will have my support and belive of your integrity   ;D the date of the ypres race is3rd july can you tell all the date of the reims race

and now i can safely  say  the distance men in the lanarkshire,  do not support the lanarkshire fed in its entirety,and only use it for cheep tossing, but hope that it will change in the near future, as begging is outlawed in the uk  ;D ;D

Without getting involved in this Lanarkshire debate my understanding is that distance fanciers sending to club races to train their birds is actually expensive training.

By so doing the distance fancier is again subsidising the non distance fancier and paying more than his fair share of federation overheads.

  why dose the distance fancier not use a courier ! dont think the courier will  let them  send there  birds for 35 p

they think they are  doing there bit  but when all said and done they jump  ship  to the national were they dream the dream all 500 birds and even at £2.50   expect  there birds to be  taken abroad  from Scotland when  it would need that money in fuel alone,  the distance flyers has no conscience and they dont care  about any other  thing than them self  as i have exposed to you all what they are like in our fed  i am sure you will find the  same beggars,  in your own feds ;D ;D

can you tell us all again how manny birds there where at the races, one swallow  dose not make it a summer,  try winning eastborne with  8,000 birds  your chance of that is 1/8000 to fail

tin head you will never learn 1,100 birds  what are you on  mate  the micky mouse race  the real national men are  laughing as i type  what section and the velocity is nothing  to craw about  you got lucky that's all  but you cant see that  it is harder to win  when the real national race  try 5,000 birds  mate  join the shu if you have the balls for it,  you nearly had the Welsh blokes convinced you had  achieved something there :-/ ;D at one time i though you where a player  but the results that i have seen  dont impress  2 day races and sometime three  naw  that's set on boredom

bart  have you  win any  nationals, i dont shaft the fed i am in,

i asked are the lanarkshire distance men going to support the  fed  totally in the ypes race on the 3rd  July  and  i still haven't heard  there commitment have you got an answer for that bart

hold my own in our club, last year was twice in the fed and as you know george mcallonie  is our club winner 99% of the time

I think you will find one common denominator with fanciers that try to belittle long distance racing.With it usually being that they have tried it and failed miserably, therefore reverting back to the type of racing that is within their limited abilities as a fancier.
