gdb Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 what do you think about a rule that may becoming out if you are on ets that you must time in within one minuete in a manual
pjc Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 it will never happen! Some clubs have come unstuck trying things like this with domestic rules.
gdb Posted September 11, 2009 Author Report Posted September 11, 2009 this is supposed to be going through the rpra regions and this has came from a western region member
Guest Owen Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 What would be the point of that? I definately do not want to have to catch birds that have just raced their guts out. Is this the same old fashioned Stick in the Muds trying to drag us all back to the dark ages? It is a pity that these old fashioned Clowns could not be in a Club or their own away from the rest of us. Surely they should packed in their moaning and groaning by now.
pjc Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 some will never give up trying to fight ets Owen! As you say stick in the muds, but thats what you'd expect from Region!

cemetary Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 this man is supposed to be new to pigeons, starting up this year, :-/ there has never been a suggestion of that, hes kept pigeons all his life, who is he trying to kid coming on here look at my new loft, anybody can take pictures from a book!!! Youve lost me mate, sorry but yer drink is stopped for the night. ;D ;D ;D ;D
pigeonscout Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 Why would there be a need to time a bird twice?
pjc Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 there is no need, its just the anti ets brigade trying to think of another way to move there crap birds up the sheet! If you are a winner you will win whatever the system, if you are always behind you will still be behind!
just ask me Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 don't think it will pass i wasn't for or against ets before i got it well now the best few pound i ever spent u know exactly what way the birds are performing from each toss and race
blaz Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 there is no need, its just the anti ets brigade trying to think of another way to move there crap birds up the sheet! If you are a winner you will win whatever the system, if you are always behind you will still be behind! so you are saying them that are against the ets system their birds are crap .yer talking rubbish
blaz Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 what do you think about a rule that may becoming out if you are on ets that you must time in within one minuete in a manual yes their is a rule coming out manual clock users.will get 15 sec not a minute from the guys with ets .its not what you know it is who you know
Guest tom123 Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 works out the same has a stall trap and open door trapping no tinme difference so why should ets and manual take a time penelty?
cheeseman Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 if a fancier wants to use ets then let them, if they want to use conventional timing let them, the only reason i can see to using rubbers with ets is if there is a malfunction with the ets but remember youve got to get the birds home first. just my humble opinion.

What on earth gives anyone the right to penalise an ets bird 15 seconds or awarding a non ets bird 15 seconds, whichever the case may be. Next you'll be wantin another 10 seconds cos it was too windy where you live ;D "GET A LIFE"
