I am glad that you have come through the op so well. I have to go in for a new knee in January. Your cheerfulness has given me a bit of encouragement. I am not looking forward to being housebound for weeks and I will have to have someone to see to my birds for a few weeks. To be honest, I have been a real pain in the butt and my wife has got fed up with me moaning about it. So your positive message will help me a bit.

Good luck with the recouperation and I hope you are back on your feet soon.

Most of my mates from the judo have had hip ops and the the best thing to do is get mobile as soon as possible, good luck
