Thanks guys David Old ones are fine mate - Bezing's, STB, t3 etc etc - If you was to join a club though its vey likely someone will fix you up with one and the Alford club near you supplies all members with a Unikon ETS - So could save you a few £ either way.
adam owen Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 u cant use towlets any more u cant use sky masters any more im not sure about benzings you can use t3 and stbs tho
showman Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 If you are a member of a club, the governing body to which it is affiliated, should have a list of approved clocks.
Tony C Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 For value for money and reliability I would look for a STB. There's two types of STB the square case and the round case, go for the square case. Again there's two types of square case, electronic and wind up either will do. When buying a 2nd hand one ask for a clock run certificate for the current year, this will tell you its in perfect running order.
Guest youngzimmy Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 auld clocks on ebay auld hat get unicon ets an investment no doubt about it

greenlands Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 NOTE. the old wooden Benzine can only be used if you have it registered, this came in a few years ago and you were issued a certificate for that clock.I don't tink they can be sold on for use. Lindsay
