Would like some advice re- pin pointing of loft

Hi guys,I would welcome some advice on getting a copy of Ord Survey map or similar so I can get my loft pin-pointed? Is there anything cheaper than buying one from O/S ?

I have just had to pay £23-50 for mine, not cheap.  If your club doesn't have one to cover your loft, I don't think you have any other option.  I got mine from a place licenced by OS.  Slightly cheaper than direct.  Shop around your area.  Prices vary, but I was told they have to charge £20 + VAT for the first one.  The price is set by OS.

Yes thats what I have found as well, told I'll have to get it as clubs' map doesn't go out to where I live. That will be £60+(inc.fees) and not even put a bird in a basket yet!!! One club member trying to help said he got a copy from library, but didn't have a suitable map at my local one the scale was too small.

Anybody else able to help,please?

what details do you need on a map?

Would something like this be any good?

not big enough scale, you need to be able to identify individual buildings and garden plots to be able to pin point loft location.

that is suitable scale but the map must be printed with Long & Lat Grid reference and lines.
