when i look at buying birds i look at the bird if i like the bird i will buy it not interested in peds to me thats a piece of paper not going to help the bird in anyway i go off what i like to see in the bird yeah you cant have it in hand but if it takes my eye i buy it not worryed if its came from a flyer last each week or a flyer that is always on top of the game as the bird wont be getting raced by them it will be raced by myself .

NONE. It is up to the buyer. If he thinks the seller is above board then what is the problem. :-/

Just a little bit of topic but when buying pigeons they must come from a good source which is winning well and there pigeons are full of Winning Genes.

 

 

Louella sell thousands of birds annually and have all the winning genes on paper, but a vast majority don't make the grade. You can buy the best but if you cant manage them, then it isn't down to the seller.

agree that youve got tae like wot you see or handle but you must hae the blood. Blood should shine thru. Of course they canny all be good uns off the champs but it surely helps

Rather than credentials I would like to see more of a résumé so to speak, club they race in and how many birds get sent, how many they send themselves, how many members, radius of club, fed positions, how many go in the fed, their location in the fed.......... this sort of information...... something that cant get tarted up.
