Well i've got rid of a few stock birds that were'nt doing the buisiness aslo got rid of a few old birds to get rid of the sh!t and dont have too many left now...but over the winter i'll be doing the roof of the old bird loft as i have a wee leak in 1 of the sections so that will be the main job and fixing my fence round the loft aswell ( couple of posts have rotted away over the years and need replaced )

i have got 3 races to get over 1st then i will be altering everything from getting rid of some stock, they wont be sold on .

im cutting down drasticly and giving the stockbirds more room.

ive got a large pond to build and plenty of slabbing.

and most importing thing ...i have to decide what direction i will take in racing next season, wether i want to stay on as sec for the 6th year running.

one thing i do know...i will be deffo having a go next year as ive had very few races in last 2-3 years, through health and things.

Shall be changing my yb perching system. I intend to revert back to boxes with a removable shelf underneath them, spanning 4 boxes.  Just pull the shelf out and have one end over a bucket and scrape into the bucket cleaning all 4 boxes at once.  Best system I've ever seen. Other than that, I'm quite happy with what I've got.
