cowly7 Posted May 10, 2008 Report Posted May 10, 2008 Our timer is at 1.40 in Newmains, the winner of the club is at 1.22 . Not that bad for returns.

dava Posted May 10, 2008 Report Posted May 10, 2008 seems to be the best race we have had out the west route the pigeons came a lot better today i have 36 home from 38 sent and i timed at 1.37 to win the club

Guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Posted May 10, 2008 had a great race 20 out of 20 time not great 13.38 but very happy with the way the birds came looking forward to next week 8) 8) 8)
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted May 11, 2008 Report Posted May 11, 2008 seems to be the best race we have had out the west route the pigeons came a lot better today i have 36 home from 38 sent and i timed at 1.37 to win the club I got 29 out 30 home, the winner in our club is at 20 past 1 and I was in at 1-29, since we switched routes we have had better racing over this way for a change , but I have heard plenty complaints from certain areas that were dominating the fed in past years that it will be changed back next year which I think just makes it more obvious that even the greatest so called fliers in the fed rely on the route the birds are racing from to obtain their wins and as they are not getting them they are complaining already, if you now look at the fed sheets over the past 4 races you will see it is now a more even playing field to sections in this area, but I would bet a million quid that next year it will all change back so the same old faces can get 10 or 12 fed tickets, I know there have been a few losses this year over this way but not any more than normal, I have dropped 4 birds this year and that is one less than I dropped at this stage last year so I am happy with our racing and take things as they come, if you win you win , if you lose you lose but don't start crying already because you cannot get all the fed tickets in a race and it is not suiting you , it is meant to be enjoyed by everybody not just a certain few ;)
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted May 11, 2008 Report Posted May 11, 2008 AND STILL NOBODY IS ACTUALLY SAYING WHY WE CHANGED FROM LANCASTER TO INGLETON [WELL OFFICIALLY ANYWAY] ??) ??)
harky Posted May 11, 2008 Report Posted May 11, 2008 AND STILL NOBODY IS ACTUALLY SAYING WHY WE CHANGED FROM LANCASTER TO INGLETON THINK IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH MESS LEFT AFTER PIGEONS BEING LIBERATED .
frank-123 Posted May 11, 2008 Report Posted May 11, 2008 tammy since you gave up your title as pro for the fed you are asking a lot of questions why not ask the fed president or sec sure they will tell you reckon there are good reasons why they have moved like yesterday they found it very diffcult to find an area that was flat enough for the transporter to stop and liberate the people you refer to taking fed postions why not just name them is it g macaloney and son if not who you talking about?

As long as I pay my money to the fed I am entitled to ask questions unless that has been outlawed as well, but that was always a problem Bart folk were afraid to ask questions and just took whatever sh** was put in front of them, and that has not changed much , except now if you ask a question that does not go down well you just get told to shut up
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted May 11, 2008 Report Posted May 11, 2008 His nose is just out of joint because he does'nt know everything now that he is'nt the PRO as you say Bart Not the case at all , but you do not need to ask anything as you know it all first hand
