If you read the posts you will see I am not complaining about the route, and compared to a lot today, including a few of my own club members, having half home is not too bad

the west route is not to blame for the losses.south lanarkshire are down the east and have sustained just as heavy loses today

up untill today have only lost 6 pigeons 5 yearlings two of which were late breds and 1 2yo that slept out for a year.how have i not sustained these disasters, and have you heard the loses the south today they are comparible with our loses today, today i have 8/13 worst race so far 42nd open reims still to come but as i say no worse than the south

BLANTYRE HOMING SOCIETY HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED LOSSES LIKE THIS ,ONE MEMBER LOOSING 39 BIRDS IN ONE RACE.WEST ROUTE COME ON THINK ABOUT IT.

i do appreciate that some fanciers are getting it hard, i see it in my own club.but take today for example 252 miles to me,very hot day,you are expecting losses. my step father flys in  the other fed and reports from him ,are that they are just as bad. so you can have bad loses from the east as well.

I HAVE LOST 40 PIGEONS IN 7 RACES FLYING DOWN THE WEST ,COMPARED TO YOUR LOSSES YOU HAVE DON NO BAD ,BUT YOU HAVE STILL LOST SOME BIRDS.NO SO GOOD EITHER

When we raced down the east route it was either 2 years ago or 3, that we raced from Leicester which was the equivalent race to yesterday , the yearling derby, and it was a very hot day like yesterday and the losses on that day were just as bad with a lot of fanciers losing practically all the yearlings they had along with loads of old birds as well, but hopefully a lot of birds will turn up today as the weather is in their favour

i have still got 10/10 that i started with on the south road but on the north road i have 6/14 and i lost them at the 1st race

dont think so mate they have an air con system, and i have to stand corected they have actually had a better race than i said it was ,with a lot of birds returnnig later in the day and good returns this morning,so it looks like the infomation i put on here was incorrect.
