Well done Del,

No joy up here been low cloud and drizzle since yesterday afternoon, don't think there will be many in this neck of the woods, but I suppose that's just national racing, High one week then low the next week. The neighbours must think i've been nailed to the loft door, been there since last night, cigarette ends now up to my knees ;D ;D

Cheers Jimmy, they certainly looked like they've been through rain, wattles all red and feathers have a definate damp feel to them, though the sun has been trying to break through.

Well done all, and congrats to D Young & Son (basics member WD) their pigeon looks to be at or near top, flying around 440 miles..

What's the distance into Peterhead?

Given the almost non-stop rain, the birds performances have been outstanding.

It was commemorating the thousands of soldiers killed in the First World War battles around the Somme at Ypres, and Passchendale (spelling). Many of them not much older than yourself, Ben.

It may become an annual event. (Hopefully).
