like john Williamson 9th open 2 or 3 years ago  when i got a text from the snfc i thought that it was someone from the west sec just clocked but it was john how that bird got through that fog i will never no

 

Falaise 2006 was it not. That was some morning Stevie, thick fog and drizzle, Irvine Buchan was 2nd sect 16th open we were 3rd sect 49th open, the doo was absolutely saturated, couldn't believe they would still come through that weather after flying all day the day before.

             that race suited the south and the west section. its the best chance the west have had 2 win it for years. the boys in the east or central or north had no chance due 2 the mist.

 

Once in many, many years has the west done as well.Simple reason, the east was shut out with mist. Its funny how you always highlight one good race out of 20 :-/

alan thats when you get the problems making up to much minds one man does the phoneing there is plenty forcasts you should have a good idea the day before if its a go or not it doesent do the doos any harm getting them ready to go  if ok cheers

Hoody, yer pal Bozzy wont like you not knowing what race he won   ;D ;DThe Graduate won Rennes 1997, 21 home in race time .John Bosworth just pipped Davy Donaldson ( in the west ) for 1st Open. Messac was 2000, another tough race where only about 180 birds in race time, this was made up mostly of south birds. I have a cock in loft that was at both races, just missed the first result but scored in second.

well it would do yer case in the north good if you can get this to yer agms  and if the winning birds are in when its not possible  for you  to reach the eyemouth area  on the day or yer home loft there needs  to be a closed lib time no later than 7am if that is the case  or   1pm if all birds are to compete and have a night out one or the other rule should be agreed and if they have fairness on there mind  it should sail through   ;D they winning velocity on them days will tell you it its    was possible or  not for yous to time in on the day is all yer races  last year and the year before  get the books out and  calculator
