its only 43 mile to me  never had a bad race from there gives the young birds a good first race.  and its good seeing the batches going through

Dont see many batches nowadays m8, used to love the 1st youngbird race when there used to be batches spreading as far as the eye could see (even better if you had 1 in the clock b4 it  )

Excellent program for Ayrshire, lets hope the weather is as good for them. Carnwath 43 miles to Kilwinning. I see all the batches going through okay after mines are in the loft.

with, such a short 1,st race ,and strong tail wind,racing east to west. you could see batches going through the coast jimbhoy all the way to IRELAND

never had a bad race from there and thats with a strong south east wind always 100% returns
