peter virtue ,john callan , w.davidson son , and myself have won at the distance in scotland at national level (with jan aarden pigeons )and there is lots more im sure

2 out ma 4 from eastbourne this year are from a pair of jan ardens, bred a winner last week for Alan Ritchie out of them, which is entered into the Joe Murphy Challenge this year, so am happy with them, i bought them at the last Edinburgh Charity sale.  :) :) :)

should maybe ask bob mcdonald he was the first to bring them over from HOLLAND in the 60s  dirrect  from K O NIPIUS

 

Some of those Ko Nip Jan Aardens are flying into the Shetland Islands and are remarkable.

good pigeons tend to be slightly slower in maturing and showing their true potential :) :) :)

av got ah jan arden hen she was sent to bourges 5 times 580 to me she won it 4 times and was second once she is ten years old now and has just filled her 1st egg off the year
