brewers yeast one of the top products on the market, full of influential vitamins, you can purchase it at the chemist or pigeon stores as well as if your lucky a local brewer. I use it old and young, always on the return from a race

whats the most popular way of sticking it to your corn, water, lemon juice etc?

i use lemon or orange juice freshly squeezed

i like to alternate lemon , orange , and grapefruit freshly juiced but can use a good carton of natural orange juice of jiff lemon but buying a juicer is a great investment ;-)

not to keen on jiff lemon

i use the juicer for carrots then add the juice to the corn

oils can go off if left in a to high temp but are fine if birds clear the corn put down for them

i do not use fish oil , i prefer flax, wheatgerm, rape seed
