My youngsters don't get anything in their drinking water at least for their first couple of months or so, just as their parents don't get anything in their water when they are still feeding them. I reckon that there is too much happening between parents and the youngster, and in the youngster itself, to do with building the immune system, and I don't wan't to interfere with that. Sunday- Avisan or any water sanitizer in the water.Evening Probiotic Monday-Multi-vitamins. Tuesday-Johnsons tonic or any liver tonic. Wednesday-Cider vinegar Thursday-Cider vinegar Friday-Just fresh water.Nothing added.
