Nice birds ritchie. I'd say the bird with the darker beak is probably a hen (the one on the right in the 1st 2 pics.....).

 

I got 4 cracking Jannsens last week from Kev Elliott. 2 have paired off but not sure what the other 2 are yet.

I know someone who bought 3 pairs which turned out to be five hens!!  I have one in the loft which I have had several months and the jury is out, sex of another one was only resolved when it laid an egg.  Difficult to sex young RJs.

The one on the right in the top 2 photos is a hen and iwould predict off Euro. The one on the left looks like a cock and I would predict off Witpen Bingo. As tjloft says some young Roland Janssens can be hard to sex

I was at LPW a few weeks ago and they had penned 6 RJs with pedigrees for sale at £360.  They handle them every day but when asked the sexes of them they changed their minds every time they transferred them over for someone else to handle!!!!!!
