Guest bakes Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 As had been said before let them out 1 at a time after your own have had a good fly. Also if breaking birds from a local fancier arange when the other fancier is going to be home so he can stand by his loft and if the bird returns to him he can keep chaseing it off and make it not welcome, it is then more likely to return to you. If the birds can get in at Stans i hope they haven't caused any trouble with his birds, breaking eggs, fighting in nest boxes etc! he said after the 22nd so left it to i had a good day after the 22nd if the birds have coursed any damage i will pay the costs that they have coursed
BLACK W F Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 hope you get them back but as the guys have said would be better trying in ones after you had a round off them but its a learning game if you going to be short of y/bs give me a pm and i will see what i can do best of luck Alan

Novice Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 he said after the 22nd so left it to i had a good day after the 22nd if the birds have coursed any damage i will pay the costs that they have coursed Just a thought is that it is normally easier to break birds on a bad day than a good day. After you have them back try letting them out when it is raining heavily. They tend to hang about in wet weather.
Guest bakes Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 got the bird now of all the lofts to drop into one of my mates and a cracking flyer as well smith & wheeler all the best
