DJWa Posted March 10, 2010 Report Posted March 10, 2010 if they are the only birds in the section there is no need to lock them up if there are more birds in there either lock them up till they are paired ( remember to put in a brick so the hen can get some respite from the cock) or untill the hen lays her 1st egg
