I had a 4 direct off Champion Codgie 24 x 1sts & 4 x 1st Open

3 were duffers but 1 was an outstanding breeder

No-ones mentioned the grizzles thought Alan would of brought it up , nest pair bought for his birthday , called them birthday boy and birthday girl  think they topped the U.N.C ????? Who was the flyer ?

The real reason, He bought was long distance had gone very popular.Sprint was out of vogue.So great pigeons were for sale cheapish.Just like here hords have bought Roland Jannsens they will be for sale soon.Lambrechts, when the fancy realises these only stay 180 they will go the same way.

back to the quassimodo again a old fancier friend of mine,sadly no longer with us.

he was adament quassi,was bred by a fancier from royston,nr.barnsley

            i dont know any info

I know a son of Eddie's Supreme left a dynasty of winners in Coatbridge.

THINK WHAT YOU WILL FIND WITH THE BUSSCHAERTS IS THAT THEY HAVE WON INTO EVERY CORNER OF THE  UK ,

 

A LOT OF OTHER SO CALLED SUPER STRAINS HAVE SADLY LACKED THIS ABILITTY

 

TO EVEN COME CLOSE IN A LOT OF AREAS

we once had a busscheart cock Dr JJ Horn lines we called "07" he won from Selby 66 miles to Bourges 556 miles i dont think many of the modern strains could manage that nowadays

pure crap he was bred by soderland and bradley ask jimmy bambling  next you,ll be saying

LCT  FLEW IN SHIELDS  ;D ;D ;D   LCT purchased quasi as a y/b from soderland  he was raced  it was not untill later he became deformed   i,m sure jimmy could tell you his sire

i met ray callender at  his wifes uncles he was a nice guy thats when he flew at winlaton and yes he did well with them and so did a lot of others who had them off him he used to be a traveller for a shoe company

is anyone winning with the white rapido busschaerts or are they just to look nice?

 

HAVE HAD THEM OUT OF RAPIDO  IN THE PAST LONG TIME AGO .

 

TO BE HONEST NEVER HAD ANYTHING WORTH TALKING ABOUT OUT OF THEM.

 

BUT THE LITTLE BLACK AND COPPI ONES WE,LL THEY ARE A DIFFERENT CLASS  ;) ;)

onlly got vandenabeles in loft but found a y.b stray in loft after work .made contact with owner mr.k.mc,keegan co antrim.

 

 

 

this bird lifted of loft and landed in ayrshire .this bird was transfered and was raced 5.times last year.beating my own birds home on one race.

                         her breeding according to kevin is 75,per cent busschaert x delbar hence my interest in owning some again

Go back on the thread to the pigeon Birthday boy he was a very gay pied Rapido cock i sold his mother to Maurice.She was a white hen.If memory serves a g/dtr of Rapido.
