Guest IB Posted August 11, 2008 Report Posted August 11, 2008 Had to wait a year for mine from B&R. Very well presented book, but suffers same as South African vet Wim Peters': both belong to Southern Hemisphere, their seasons are the opposite of ours making the reading a bit confusing at times.
Roland Posted August 12, 2008 Report Posted August 12, 2008 Good book by rep. Now as pigeonscout says, 'Listen to those most sucessfull' Pity that, for by all accounts, the Vet can't fly a bird very well.

Lennut Tar Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Good book by rep. Now as pigeonscout says, 'Listen to those most sucessfull' Pity that, for by all accounts, the Vet can't fly a bird very well. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( Tell me here now Roland, who have you been talking too of late. You will never get a xmas card from our Dr Spock next xmas I'm afraid unfortunately, with those views ;) . Enjoy.
Roland Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Well it seems that he can certainly tell things / advise and obviously is very sucessful money wise. But seems that - and especially this year, his birds aren't talking, indeed very quiet. POINT being made is that - Like I advocated on another topic to pigeonscout, that you needn't be good at any and everything to be good at somethngs and not so good at others. Yep 'The more sucessful the more he'd rather listen... common sense on the face of it... But my point exactly.
