Obituary

Hunter George of Dunfermline.
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of George, on Friday 12 th January 2014, in Kirkcaldy
Victoria Hospital. He had not been keeping well of late and slipped away quietly in his sleep.
His son Brian phoned to tell me the sad news and he also informed me that his dad was so looking forward
to reading my book on the Dewar Trophy Winners (The partnership were winners in 2010; and Runners Up
4 x times in 2011; 2012; 2013 & 2015) Thus proving the quality of both fanciers and the birds they housed.
To George’s wife Pat, son Brian and the remainder of the family; I send my heartfelt condolences at their
loss. Rest in Peace my dear old friend.
