Bird Flu in Scotland? Have you noticed any reduced numbers in migrating birds this year?

Just wondering if there are any less numbers of visiting birds this year.

Near where I live there is a private lake which in past years was host to a large no. of geese during the Autumn & Winter. This year however I haven't seen or heard any?

Hi from northeast Scotland

Geese came in lager numbers in beginning of October. They usually come September. I can hear them going over head most evenings  in complete darkness. Flocks of redwings and fieldfares.Have been coming in off the  coast past two weeks.
