W.D. Posted November 6, 2022 Report Posted November 6, 2022 Just wondering if there are any less numbers of visiting birds this year. Near where I live there is a private lake which in past years was host to a large no. of geese during the Autumn & Winter. This year however I haven't seen or heard any?
blue lad Posted November 6, 2022 Report Posted November 6, 2022 Hi from northeast Scotland Geese came in lager numbers in beginning of October. They usually come September. I can hear them going over head most evenings in complete darkness. Flocks of redwings and fieldfares.Have been coming in off the coast past two weeks.
W.D. Posted November 6, 2022 Author Report Posted November 6, 2022 Ok thanks for replying. Might be too mild yet for them down here?
