greenlands Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Looks like the RSPB are not doing their jobs right, not protecting rare species of birds.Bull sh**e to me,they are still patrolling the peregrine sites in my area.

paddymac Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 "Bull sh**e to me,they are still patrolling the peregrine sites in my area".Patrolling daily here in the N/west as well Lindsay in groups of up to 4 people .
Roland Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Agree Paddymac. Just another free advertisement and a ruffes to collect more funds from the unrealising Joe Public I believe.
sandy25 Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Well they have no one to blame except whomever put the birds of prey there ...Now I wonder which irresponsible pratt did that .....
airdrie2 Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THEY PROTECTED THEM IN THE PAST FROM PERIGRINE
reddog Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 If they have a way of protecting birds from peregrine attacks perhaps they would like to share it with us. When peregrines have mounted an attack on my birds they work like a collie at sheep they don,t stoop , just fly flat, single one out and kill. I have waved a bucket bag sized flag at them and shouted till i,m blue in the face to no avail they still kill . No doubt most fanciers have had similar event. After covids lifted they can come and "PATROL" fanciers lofts and show us how its done.
