someone who causes trouble in a club eg threatening behaviour or a member who was known to be work shy on basketing night eg- turning up at the death every week when all the works done and im not an about them struggling due to work commitments if you had a club that was running smoothly would you honestly accept a new member knowing that he or she was going to cause arguments in your club and possibly cause a few exsisting members to move to other clubs or even worse leave the sport
