agreed , as said before by many , the RSPB do their homework in the placement of artificial nest site's , percy being used to clean up streeter's is just a propaganda ploy , we all know the streeter is a roof hopper & won't go high enough for percy to have a crack at it , the RSPB place the nest platforms , where their is a knowen nucleus of pigeon fancier's in the area , RSPB also read the ring list's in the BHW

sproggle's are as common as crow's , and they take raceing pigeon's by stealth and suprise , , fact is we are getting it at both end's in the air & around the loft , by percy and the sproggle's , the goss hasen't got a real foothold here yet , but UNDER CLANDESTINE OPP'S the RSPB have a programe for a ramp up in number's , the only good thing that come's from a goss , it will kill the young sproggle's in the nest , sproggle's have almost wiped out small bird's in the area that i live , the pigeon was next on the menue , homer's , roller's in fact any type of pigeon , when they find the road to the cream jar , they won't leave you alone .

i know one lad who has given up flying a percy , as it has been hit a few time's , by its wild *expletive removed*erpart's , (i must get a spell check ) his mate's are having the same prob , as its got to the stage that they can't find a safe place to fly them .

yes , i use noramectin sheep drench , it is water based , in the bath at the rate of 3ml-to the gallon , in the drinker 5ml-2ltr's for 2 day's ,it can be got at any good farm shop , about £23 a ltr. it will clear out all worm's , bar tape , used in the bath , will clear all lice & mite's , even scaley leg mite , bull head's , and tick's , quill mite's ,
