Well after getting all the run around on Tuesday, i spoke to Toshibas head IT guy on the phone, he told me to take the laptop back into the shop with a job number, so a did that, got it booked in on Tuesday night, the store manager assistant, said they will pick up on THURSDAY, TOSHIBA will have it by Mondy, just got a call from the COMET store in Kirkcaldy, saying that they are putting it down to accidental damage, how convenient that they had an engineer in the shop the day, :-/
So a went into the trading standards yesterday, logged it with them, have just spoken to the trading standards, but the girl isnt in till late afternoon when my details will be passed onto her to call me back.

What ever the outcome, thats me finished with buying goods from them, ill spend ma money elswhere.
The laptop was purchased on the 22.12.2009 for £379.99 and wasnt set up until all the xmas/new year was finished.
