There is only one issue i have with the thread being removed was, me hunting for it, why didnt whoever removed it comment before they remolved the thread, It would have made this a lot easier.

Well you should have more on the list, Why dosent a member on here from each club ask there members if they can donate or help this cause, then get a list put to the organiser, then a full list to be up-dated when this is done. Just a sugestion.

All you need is the start and finish date from each site, so they dont over lap, and time between them to get the most from the 3 sites.
