Have to agree with Jimmy, i don't think they choose to get lost intentionally, many's a yb probably just tired itself out trying to get home and ended up being further rather than nearer to it's home loft.
Fair play; have i had a difference of opinion with you in the past ? i certainly don't remember even having replied to any of your threads before, you must be getting me mixed up with someone else..
Ali, by the time you mess about with fancy traps etc, you'd be as well buying a cheap little terrier which will get rid of them and keep them away, year after year, don't forget if they have been once they will return just my opinion.
I'm like an elephant don't forget Mangster the gangster, it's all going in the black book !!!!, i still have the photos on the digi camera of where my wee one ended up with the black eyes don't forget ;D ;D ;D
I phoned Mr donnachie to say thanks, he was'nt in so i left a message and even then he took the trouble to phone me back and explain things.
Nice to be nice .
Big thanks to Mr Donnachie for taking the time out to feed and water one of my young birds that somehow ended up over in fife yesterday, he also put a wee note in it's ring explaining what time it came in etc, and liberated it for me today at newbridge from where it made it's way back home.
Many would'nt have bothered , so once again thanks

Sorry Paul, i meant to reply to the white rapido man's thread where he says his mate knew of someone looking for a working terrier pup, my apoligies it was not intentional and certainly i did not mean to hijack for want of a better word your post.
Hope this clarifies the situation.
Darryn
Contact gangster on this site, he has some lakelands pups for sale from working stock, i've just got one myself from him, he's straight up and won't mess you about.
Have to agree with jimmy, 17 seconds seems an awful long time, jimmy's five seconds is definetly closer to the truth, i would'nt know where they got the 17 seconds from, which survey was this ?
