I have read an article today by Mr.Clements and yet again he is attacking the BICC a club he is a member of but does not send with.He states that the club should give life memberships to are two international winners when we infact we have three international winners or does Dave Posey not count in Mr.Clements books. He also rounds on the club for many things this from a man who has never supported the club and knowledge of the club is slanted and limited .It may have escaped Mr.Clements that MarkGilbert and Mr. Sheppard were in fact NFC members who won so why not the NFC give life membership to these gentlemen ?.I am proposing Dave Posey for BICC lifemembership this year so why does not Mr Clements do the same via the NFC and to get his facts right when critising the BICC yet again.

Any bird which is handled properly can sprint and a damn good stockman who knows his job and stays away from drugs and who knows his birdscan and does win and win well. Pigeonman it appears it has been decided to close Cricklade .We have therefore resigned as have quite a large number round here. It would have made more sense to close either Frome or Poole they are close to one another not the only marking station for the NE/NW sections. I fear they will soon cease to exist do they not realise people have to go to work ?.

Try a larson trap when i was keepering i caught plenty . Start baiting it with a dead rabbit split it down the middle they will come when you have caught one keep it as a call bird you must feed and water it . You can really control thier numbers by the use of the larson.

I have heard that the CSCFC may well be closing the Cricklade marking station just leaving Frome ,Poole and Winchester. That will leave the NW and NE sect members with long journies to mark. Both sections will i belive lose quite a considrable membership .

Pigeonman The person i know knows that 2 proposals for £50 have gone forward that is not conjectuer it is a fact.

I have heard from a friend of mine from cheshire that thier are two proposals for the subs to be raised to £50 yes FIFTY POUNDS. I hope all sensible members will vote this lunacy down . £20 would be acceptable £50 well enough said.

I have seen Mr Lawtons results and they are very impressive but i do not know the gentleman. What i can tell you about Dave is he won the North Oxon channel averages flying 6 birds winning 5 of the 6 races, He has flown very well in the c. s .classic and his Bicc record is winning the hens Dax international, 2nd Pau and many other good positions flying an average of 3 birds per race.

The Best flyer of Dordin pigeons in the Uk in my opinion is Dave Posey he has a small team 24 birds and his flying record damn good. He doesnt sell and is a true freind and completly honest . A refreshing change in todays world.

Mr. Wilcox Sorry but Dax is a semi the four full internationals are Pau,Barcelona,Marsailles and Perpignan that is not knocking any flyer the performances of Mr.Sheppard Mr.Gilbert in the NFC and Dave Posey in the Bicc are superb but Dax is a semi . Lets get back to the question the cost of the transporter /annum and lets work together to get an Answer.

Alf is she coming over the the back of the loft try putting a length of green garden netting at the rear of the loft but have it 3 feet higher than the fronts highest point it will make her attacks harder she will have to adjust her attack going over the netting it gives the birds time to escape.
