Then it would reflect what happens at meetings some stand up and be counted, some never say anything but want to but are frightened or too shy or not confident enough, some dig in and and keep digging making the hole bigger etc There is no perfect way but at least some should try to move forward. Or to get a true reflection a postal ballot/referendum should be sent to every registered loft in Scotland with a free post return and counted by an independant adjudicator and results posted in a national paper and brought to the attention of all governing bodies

It is one way another is to post your answers openly Yes/No...Do you want one national in Scotland Yes/No...Any registered loft in Scotland should be able to join any organisation Yes/No...Should suspended members be looked at on an idividual basis
