Why is the rpra only catering for ets il never be on ets so why should i put stupid rings on my birds these rings r going to be troublesome come the breeding season between ybs getting injured by there own rings or the parents rings as they get on and of the nest and because of the silly design ring covers wont fit on if there forcing us to use these rings they should supply the ets to go with them not that i would use an ets

  7. do you need heating to keep canaries in a pigeon loft i didnt think canaries coped well with fluxuation in temperatures how about quails can they be kept along side pigeons and can canaries spread diseases to pigeons and vice versa
  8. i rear late it saves on the feeding bill and petrol bill when u have to train them earlier aswell i will also add my bird have held there own with early bred and darkness birds so what exactly is the advantages to breeding early

  13. what about a pigeon with dark coloured feet they arent going to turn pink i dont agree with the foot colour theory but when there feet are warm there definately on form how many people still cull ybs with blue skins

  17. I have also worked lurchers and not many get away but some do iv seen it
  18. I dont think your dog kills every fox it makes contact with bakes so there must be injured foxes get away from one dog injurys that will cause it suffering and pain and death far better to use a pack not much gets away then
  19. have you visited any lofts in australia and you have to remember the dutch birds are flying on a flat lanscape unlike our own

  21. because the foundation birds from britain where mainly dark type busschaerts and used in developing the strain what a silly answer thats like saying why buy birds from belgium as we were the ones that sold them the majority of there birds someones actually put some effort in to developing this strain
  22. i thought it was just birds going in so they couldnt spread disease ad wipe out there native species there is a stud in america also

  24. Its in australia st clare stud it ccould be worth paying that bit extra to get good quality birds in to the country not that we dont have quality as it is but its allways good to add to the pot
