sort of thing that puts a new fancier like myself off. Especialy after the race i just had 2 hours behind the winner in a 125 miler

Hi guys im new to the sport this year and have a team of 22 started with 36 .Could it be the pigeons are just not as good at homing as they used to be?To much emphasis on speed and stamina and not enough on homing abilty when we pair up.Just a thought and probably miles away from the reason .Anyway im on my fourth race this week so hopefully Losse's will be very light from now on.Im allready thinking of laying of a few to make sure i have a few yearlings for next year
