you say that jimmy but for a couple of days in the cycle if you watch your birds carefully you will notice that maize is all they take. Dont rely on giving the birds all of one thing like protein ect as they need a varied balenced diet. If you are going to rely on protein products try giving a breeding corn in the mornign as much as they can eat. And then a high protein one in the evening! I wouldnt suggest just loading them up with protein by itself!
