Thats pigeon racing Klaus, you can put a lot of effort in but at the end of the day the birds are racing on their own, were returns bad for club or was it you who had a bad day

I wouldn't worry too much they will fly longer as they become stronger and then you can think about getting them back in more quickly, various methods, I prefer a light feed before they go out and the remainder when they return, thats when they are flying really well , don't worry you'll get there All the best Bill

They will return but I'm not sure if they will the next day, Percy knocked one of mine down and I waited with the camera for an hour, nothing went in for 5mins came out and the bird had gone, bloody eyesight is so good ;D
