Just checked and you are correct Tommy, it was changed at 2018 AGM. Young Bird Race 14 August 2019 Members are reminded that YB's should not be marked with personal details of fancier in accordance with SNFC Rule 22 - Club or Federation details are acceptable but birds with personal identification will not be allowed to compete. The red coloured part was removed. The new SHU rule reads:- Members of all SHU clubs must have personal or Club contact telephone details on all their young birds in the form of an ID ring or wing stamp. This would also mean that the prohibition of personal details could become a moot point, but for me, would it just be someone trying to push the boundaries. I would expect the above SNFC rule had been accepted by the SHU and therefore the refusal to accept personal details for security purposes should still be OK.
