We carry a full Defra type 1 and 2 licence and i am also a fourth generation fancier myself. You cannot just downloads this licence you must register with Defra in order for the licence to mean anything this is just a template that you have to fill in for seperate jobs! Defra will send you the relevant forms to fill in hope this helps!
