looking over the Forth from Leven, on the other side its a line of them on the high ground, surely this means birds would have to be very high to come over them, or will they go round them,

He was a racing pigeon with 3 tags . Anyway i googled his tags and I contacted Irish clubs , telephoned various numbers but no one got back to me . He wouldn't fly away after 3 days so is now at a rescue loft . Thanks anyway but I don't need on the forum anymore . It was really only urgent advice I required a week ago. yes but that is up to the person doing the rings as it would come up as registered to another owner,

there is a double click on the rings always make sure they are used,
