rings are bought and then must be assigned to the fancier by his club, u take ur rings and get them assigned to u and ur bird, rings can be changed from one bird to another in ur loft but not from one fancier to another, after the old bird racing u can take the rings off them and put them on ur youngsters, this is done by the club. but once the rings are assigned to a fancier they cannot be assigned to another,

each mod to his own, if this happens then the mod taking part if he does'nt agree should get in touch with whoever deleted it, it is possible for a mod to be taking part with a thread which is going ok, then a post put on after it which is not on and gets deleted, its not easy, but as i say if one is put off or locked its the webmaster who decides if it was ok or not, and can put it back out again,

any thread or post that is closed or locked by a moderator is just put in store for the webmaster to deal with, he decides if it is to stay deleted or not. and going by the code of conduct, quote "Posts commemting on or criticizing forum administrative actions will be deleted" so a lot which should be deleted are not,

but if its not been allowed to happen the members are at fault, its them that appoint their delegates and tell them what to do, if they are not then surelly its them at fault, and this is what has been the matter for a long time and still is, and yes inn my organisations as well, the members just can't be bothered having meetings etc with delegates to mandate them, get that sorted and u will see a big difference, and if delegates are not doing what they are mandated by their members to do get them out, andput someone in that is. or if they are mandated to do something and they dont pull them up for default,

yes at last ;D ;D no but getting serious i know i keep on about it but we all have DELEGATES (OUR MESSENGERS) who puts forward what we want and ask our questions, also if there is any queary regarding rules, u can put this to the rules committee, unfortunately they only sit once a year in March i think, so too late to put anything to them this year,

club A/ with 5 members club B/ with the same 5 members, club C/ with the same 5 members club D/ with the same 5 members, = 4 clubs which form a fed = 1 delegate to shu, as rules go its possible, but the question is, you have 4 clubs but shu and fed only get one club membership etc, as u only pay those once and can be a member of more than one club, the queery bit that can be questioned is its clubs that are members of a fed not individual members so can u have only one club paying fees etc because they all have the same fanciers as members, ie' shu only getting i club fees but having 4 as members, a real funny one but my personal view is this should not be going on if it is without question by the delegates.
