    RSPB

I dont tnink they will listen as birds of pray seem to be the in thing with lots of people including the RSPB, they must know that they feed on other birds but this to them is nature and to others is good sport and natural, yes its nature but its not natural for birds of pray to be in our back gardens and towns, these are the places for the other small birds, now your towns and gardens are taken over by hawks seagulls and crows,
  15. its not just a case of looking at the first post, some want to know what progress is being made so have ti sift through all to find out,
  16. if our bird did poop in flight it would be a disaster, 30-40 birds flying in a batch pooping, i certainly have never seen them do so in flight, not saying that the odd one wont if it is got soft dropping problems, just look how long they go without doing so when sitting, i think if they did while flying we would have great problems letting them fly in batches just think about it,
  17. yes come on, 30 of u on now, lets join in,

    SNOW

forcast is snow down in the midlands.
  20. lovely breeding eye, for racing i would have liked to see a bit more red iris, and mountainous, with it having a thin sircle of red iris i would mate it to a bird with good thick and mountainous iris, the remainder of the eye is very good, could possibly go down well in a show,
  21. he is already throughing in a bacon sanie, cant expect chocolates as well ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
  22. I dont think there was going to be a show at telford anyway this year, i think thr difference between shows and sales is there is no mixing of fanciers birds in sales they all have their individual stands, where in a show all the birds from different places are brought together,
  23. the old fence is the boundary line on the deeds and it states both parties are responsible for the upkeep, yes he can build a wall on his side but he is still responsible for part upkeep on the boundary fence, also he needs planning permission to build a wall higher than 2 meters, and a wall which he has built 3- meters only being 3 inches thick is against building regulations, which is laid down the thicknes they must be for different heights, i had this out when i built my garrage which was put up by a firm its a concrete one, they kept it back 3 feet of the boundary into my land, this is so the wall belongs to me, if it had been put up on the boundary, half would have belonged to my neighbour,
  24. yes I know that alf but i am not too worried about the wall and as long as he knows i know I dont think he will use his barbicue, also i read my deeds, it states all boundary fences are neutral and he has built the wall against the old fence so leaving me to deal with the old fence, i think he realises he does nead permission, its not just he put up the wall he has filled in a large area with plastic sheeting so they can sit under it, we have got on well with them no problem, but he is the type that goes this is mine and i'll do what i want, i had to tell him he is in scotland now and not in greece,
