Dutch sprinters are normally finished at 11-12 max but ofcoarse there are exceptions, its quite common for red and mealy pigeons to keep there fertility.

Red lady was finished at 14 years old but she was paired to a young cock, she only laid a 4 eggs after 12 years old, wouldnt have risked her with a 16 year old cock.

Ive just been studying some pedigrees that are online and being auctioned soon. On one side of the pedigree the father is bred from a 16 year cock paired to a 14 year old hen. The cock isnt unusual but i dont know many hens who breed at 14 year old esp paired to a 16 year old cock. Whats the oldest hen uv had still breeding

The grizzle is inbred so should match with anything really, they are all middle distance so are suitable for each other, i would pair them one way for the first 2 rounds and then switch them and take a 3rd round paired different, that way you can study there offspring. There no real rules on pairing, try as many combinations as possible and keep good records. Stuart
