Going to get intouch with Slimbridge to see if they will take them, apparently they have a unit there for such purposes and they need more room and warmth than I can give them now. Not sure if they will be interested in some common Mallards but find out in the next day or two and hopefully they will grow up into wild ducks not domesticated ones. Failing that it will be gas mark 4 for 2hrs and a jar of orange sauce lol

Just a quick up date on the ducklings and a pic. All are doing fine, noisy little sods I have to say, sweet though they are they will be sweeter with a bit of orange sauce in the spring lol

Thank you Flyin couriers for delivering a bird of mine to scotland . The bird arrived in excelent condition and was contacted well in advance of your drivers turning up to collect the bird. They even turned up in a proper delivery van not a car as some seem to do! They also handled the bird with the greatest respect. Well old wives tale or not I have had few silver hens and all have bred winners. Gave the last one away to lister on this site and he bred a winner from her too so he informed me. One daughter bred 4 youngsters for the frend of mine in scotland that I had lent her to and the 4 all won for him. Couldnt be mean knowing that and let him keep her. The following year she didnt breed any card winners at all. Not sure about this year as havent spoken to him for months but she has a cracking green eye. Heres a picture for all to see

Well where were all the vans they are supposed to have on the road? Sounds a bit suspect to me as have heard of birds being picked up by this person in cars before. Sounds like something isn't quite right to me but each to their own eh!

Hello Chickadee thanks for asking, the Duckilngs are doing fine now it seems thanks to the help of chris and his heatlamp. Just took a couple of pics for you of them in their new home as they ate the corner out of the other last night and were nearly running round my room this morning lol

Just lucky if 98% of his birds are crap. I know some bad fliers and some very good fliers and none of them have got that level of poor pigeons in fact I would say the reverse

Good and bad in them though but if you can get birds that breed the goods for that money I take my hat off to you I have birds here of Mardons and paid way more than that for them

It is flash especially if you dont wire it up properly lol. Instructions are also with it and under the bottom plate where the wires connect is all labeled anyway so not hard to do

Got a good one that uses bulbs and fluorescent tubes. brightens the bulbs then switches on the tubes and turns the bulbs off as cheaper and at the desired time brings the bulbs back on switches off the tubes and dim's the bulbs to off or whatever night light you desire.
