yes mate and it took them 3 days to get a bird from the channel, these days there clocking them for fun on the day

up loft at 6.15, see to stock birds 1st then water and feed young birds, hens out 6.30, they drop in about 7.45, cocks out till 9, back up the loft at 12.00, 2nd round young out till 2pm then let 1st round young out till 3pm, then feed old birds up, see to stock, get back in house about 4pm, might as well be at work ;D

if your going to give your young something in the morning, make sure you do not let out till l afternoon, mine geta a quarter of an ounce, light mix at 6.30 am then let out at 2pm, then they are looking for there grub, you should be in control not them

what i do mate is once you have them rung switch the young about in different nests put 2 small together, 2 big together then they will get the same amount of food otherwise the big young will get most of the food
