If you go on your local authority website under planning they will have link to planning portal this will take you to what they call interactive house the picture shows house outbuildings fences etc click on the he'd and it will give you all the current regulations ie height distance from other buildings fences etc If I can find the link I will try and post if https://www.planningportal.co.uk/ hope this works if it does scroll to bottom and you will see interactive section

Hi i know this is a long shot but was looking for help as pigeon men we sometimes have small vans trucks etc for carrying our birds rather than use the family car, i have been looking at a crew cab ranger truck but cant seem to find an insurance company that will insure for social use only they want to do as commercial and massive premiums so thought maybe someone on here may either know an insurer that will do it or has insurance on commercial as private if any ideas thanks Tony
