so from what i can understand walter young birds should be jagged as early as poss,preferably before they start perching therefore isolation for 14 days shouldn't be a problem and any subsequent rounds 2nd 3rd or pigeons bought in should be jagged and then kept isolated in a seperate section till their 14 days isolation period is over before adding into the main loft with the rest of the previously jagged young birds,but obviously that doesn't stop fanciers from jagging at different times.
