I believe so,nearly all my stock birds were chosen on the eye only and nearly all I chose have bred winners.

My candidate would be Chris Gilliver from Derby way,he as wiped the floor at all the big shows,also as bred the winners of the big shows.

I would consider I know quite a bit about who as the best eyesign birds that show at the big shows etc.

Do you mean at showing or judging.

Was watching as they arrived mate at least hes still there best of luck for the next one,let us know when it is.

To me it doesnt matter how big each club is they should all have the same voting power at a fed meeting,the way our fed does it is 2 members per club only can vote,I can see that a big club might say this is unfair but then if they had more votes then you would possibly see the 1 club ruling the fed to their advantage so unless you let every member of the fed vote then I think this is the next best way.

Slug I take it this is simular to the 1 loft races we have for young birds over here,how many birds are there and when is the final race certainly seems late in the year for this sort of thing,wish you the best of luck.

Are these letters on any rings that you have if so please put up the complete ring numbers and letters.

I believe east coast software do a good one.

Why use a differant system to the clock to assign rings,mark birds etc anyway most manufacturers give a free club system surely your asking for problems.

Here is another name connected with the cattrysse pigeons from way back which some of the older members may remember Mons Slabbinke,could of been loft manager or son in law.

I dont think that rings have ever been compatible right from the beginning.

No but Colin(Mr.Cattrysse) Lloyd is selling quite a few in this weeks BHW,you wont get much better.

I would yes but only as a last resort.Put it this way they are supposed to be compatible,only at the last RPRA meeting the Manager was going to write to the different manufacturers reminding them that they must be compatible so someone must still be having problems with compatibility.

Same as any other strain mate if your lucky to get some good ones your in.

At our club we have UNIKON and BRICON,I always keep the 2 separate i.e.I never mark the BRICON through the UNIKON and visa versa,I know many do this with the universal cable but I would sooner set both systems up and keep them separate,I know of several fanciers who have had problems when having their clock set on another system and then when you ask the makers whats wrong they say it must be the other system thats at fault.I would always advise anyone to have their clock set on the proper system if possible.I know there will be many that say they have had no problems but this is just my opinion.

Not quite sure what you mean here but the Bricon SPeedy clock holds 200 birds if that helps.I would leave the putting on the clock of rings to your sec.or whoever as the computer programme as it will have to be done even if you put your own on anyway.
