Are you talking about a good racer here or good breeder as most pigeons that are bought IMO would be for stock.

You can choose on your race entry sheet where you want to mark your birds,I used to travel up to Crewe with a few other members birds but now we have a marking station near Kidderminster which is a lot closer.

Do you know if they will except ETS clocks as well.

I have read on the forum that we should not breed of pigeons that have not won races as this is the cause of so many losses,what are other members thoughts on this,what birds do you choose as stock and why,are your best breeders birds that have been your best racers.

Started having my BHW delivered about 12 months ago after having the same problems with the local shop failing to get it in at all some weeks,I must say its only failed to turn up on a Thursday a handfull of times since having it delivered.

I,m sorry Owen but why do you keep writing this rubbish AND IT IS RUBBISH,it may be something that you believe in but it is not fact,many times I and others have said that their best breeders are birds that have never flown let alone won anything,many novices will read these threads and think that the only way to breed winners is by pairing winner to winner as you keep saying but this simply is not true, there is no guarantee that because to birds have won loads of races between them that they will breed the same,I breed winners every year and almost all my stock birds have never raced,perhaps I,m just lucky somehow I dont think so.

Was the bird a good breeder or good racer before the muscle was torn,I would say that if the bird had been a good breeder he or she would carry on breeding winners as the damage would not impair that but any damage to the eye in a racing pigeon would imo make a differance

Had peugeots for years mainly 405-406s from new if it says eco mode its like a battery saving mode,and the clicking sounds as if its the starter cellonoid,charge the battery up should be no probs.

Sorry to say Babybird if you want RPRA rings you will have to have them as that is the design of them now,you could however have your own made with just a phone number and address on.
